How to avoid burnout syndrome
1. When you go home from work, focus on the good things that happened that day.
2. Give your full attention to your loved ones and do interesting things together.
3. Keep in your life what makes you happy and do it regularly.
4. Eat what benefits your body as a whole, not just what you like.
5. Don't ignore your physiological needs and take the time to fulfill them.
6. Dedicate time to your body every day, stretch it, and strengthen it with exercise.
7. Realize that feelings of helplessness can be justified in life, but don't let them control you for too long.
8. Consciously shift your attitudes. Revise your priorities according to what is truly important to you.
9. Have your own personal safe place to relax alone.
10. Go to the countryside.
