One-minute meditation
Brief relaxation at the workplace
1. Sit in a chair, keep your back straight, and avoid leaning back if possible.
2. Place your feet flat on the ground, and close or half-close your eyes.
3. Focus your attention on your breath - breathe naturally and feel your breath - do not rate, do not change your breath.
4. Notice any changes occurring in your body. After a while, various thoughts and interruptions may appear - register what distracted you and focus on your breath again – do not rate or solve anything, just observe everything as if you were an impartial observer and it did not concern you at all.
5. Register all your feelings, just perceive them as if it were in a theater.
6. After a minute, open your eyes and return to your work activity.
